These terms govern your use of janinecurates.com and the experiences offered by Janine Curates. By using this site or booking an experience, you agree to these terms.
Booking and payment
Experiences are confirmed once we agree on dates, group size, and pricing via email or WhatsApp. Payment terms and cancellation policies are communicated individually for each booking, as experiences are designed to fit each guest.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are handled case by case. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no additional cost.
Safety and liability
Janine Curates is a licensed and insured guide service. We take reasonable measures to ensure guest safety during all experiences. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or dietary restrictions before the experience.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, design — is owned by Janine Curates unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Photography during experiences
We may take documentary photographs during experiences for use on this website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, let us know before the experience begins.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
